the most important thing you’ve designed to date:

While I draw lessons and inspiration from my past designs and look forward to future opportunities, my current design work holds the utmost significance for me.

—what is your favourite way to add wow to an interior?

I always strive to impose unexpected contrast by mixing contemporary pieces with vintage, polished antiques with objects that feel handled and worn, and neutral color palettes that find depth with texture and scale. Essentially, the wow factor stems from that contrast.

—describe your interior style:

I am driven by a love for simple, thoughtful, sophisticated design that effortlessly combines styles to create distinctive spaces. My interior style is deeply influenced by fashion. The use of colors, textures as well as old and new bring me the same excitement and passion as interiors. Both have challenging rules that can be beautifully broken.

—how do you communicate with a client in order to understand what they want?

I find that meeting clients in their homes and thoroughly exploring the spaces, objects, and art significant to them provides invaluable insights into their preferences and lifestyles.

—are you embracing any particular trends at the moment?

While I don't consider myself a trend follower, I appreciate the current trend of blending high/low and old/new elements. I believe maintaining an open mind is crucial for achieving successful design.

—3 names in your suppliers black book:

1)  Showpony Palm Beach for the best vintage furniture and accessories.

2)  Armadillo for a stunning selection of rugs rich in texture and beautiful earth tones.

3)  Eskayel fabrics and wallpapers in dreamy watercolor prints.

—what do you do when you’re not working:

I like to take long walks early every morning, and I love to cook elaborate meals for my family each evening.

—advice you would give a young designer starting their career:

Look everywhere for inspiration, trust your instincts, and stay organized.

designer hero:

There are so many designers I adore, but namely, Jean-Louis Deniot who always creates stunning interiors and beautifully embraces classic architecture, timeless forms, and striking art.

favourite hotel in the world:

The Four Seasons Tented Camps in the Golden Triangle, Thailand offered a truly enchanting stay. Beyond the immersive connection with nature and unforgettable experiences with elephants, what added an extra layer of delight was savoring the most exquisite coconut curry soup and grilled cheese—undeniably the best I've ever had.
