Specialising in luxury interior photography and editorial work, he has become one of the UAE’s most sought-after architectural photographers. His career began in fashion, before expanding into interiors through collaborations with Architectural Digest. Today, Žiga regularly shoots for global publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar Interiors, AD Middle East, Condé Nast Traveller, Elle, GQ, and Grazia—cementing his place in the international design and fashion world.

Žiga Mihelčič’s photographic journey began in the early 2000s with his first digital camera—igniting a creative path that would span continents. After graduating from Arthouse College of Visual Arts in Ljubljana, he pursued international projects before making Dubai his permanent base in 2015.
Today, Žiga is known for his strong editorial sensibility, polished lighting, and an instinctive ability to balance materiality, mood, and atmosphere. His refined visual style has made him a go-to photographer for luxury interior brands, lifestyle campaigns, and high-end publications across the UAE and beyond.
